Togo was built as a trwler designed for the North Sea fisheries in 1965, and was completely refurbished in 2018 and relaunched as an expedition vessel. At  just 31 metres long she is one of the smallest expedition vessels anywhere, and now specialises in cruises to Spitsbergen and Greenland. Togo carries just 12 passengers in 7 cabins, and is small enopugh to get into the smallest nooks and crannies, while being rugged enough and with a strenghtened dull to enable her to cruise in some ice  and to be able to sail anywhere.

Togo's lounge/dining room is lined with mahogany panels and adjoins the bar. Togo has plenty of space on deck for everyone on board to manhandle a long lens and there is some shelter from the elements if required. Togo has two Zodiacs for cruising or going ashore.

Cabins
Togo has 1 double cabin (Number 4), 3 twin cabins with en-suite (Numbers 1, 2 & 3), 1 twin with shared facilities (Number 7) and 2 single cabins with shared facilities (Cabins 5 & 6).
