Cruise further south to Mljet Island where you can see the famous salt lakes of Mljet National Park (or you can explore independently), before you cruise to the historic city of Dubrovnik where you can enjoy an optional cable car ride from the Old Town to Srd mountain for breathtaking views of the city walls and Elaphiti Islands. Optional sightseeing in Korcula with options to try wine tasting at a local winery before dinning in one of the numerous seafront restaurants. Explore Hvar which is known for its lavender fields and stunning scenery and visit the fisherman's town of Bol, before heading back to Split. Families and children: Children are welcome on board. Day 1: Split to Makarska
You embark from Split Harbour (About 13.00) before heading to Makarska, taking lunch as you cruise along the Dalmatian coast. You'll stop for an afternoon swim at one of the wonderful beaches en-route. From there, those feeling adventurous can join an optional river rafting excursion or zipline on the Cetina river, rejoining the ship in Makarska in the evening. Overnight in the port of Makarska which is well known for its numerous churches and other architectural and cultural sites.
Day 2: Makarska to Mljet
Get under way quite early and head towards Mljet with a stop on the Peljesac peninsula for a refreshing swim. Part of Mljet Island is a national park (entrance fee applies). After lunch you can visit the salt lakes in Mljet National Park and enjoy the sun, sea and tranquility of this peaceful island. In the middle of the large lake, inside the National park, visit the monastery and church on St. Mary isle or just rent a bike (optional) and cycle around these stunning lakes. Overnight in port Polaca/Pomena.
Day 3: Mljet to Dubrovnik
Cruise to the spectacular walled city of Dubrovnik, the highlight of this cruise. You will arrive in Dubrovnik after lunch leaving plenty of time for you to explore on your own or join a guided tour of the city followed by an optional cable car ride up to Sr mountain for spectacular views of the old town. Take a walk through Stradun, both a street and a square, and promenade inside or along the 1,940 m long city walls! Overnight in the port of this magical town.
Day 4: Dubrovnik - Sipan or Trstenik
The morning is free so you have plenty of time to explore Dubrovnik. Leave this magnificent city around midday to continue your cruise to Sipan Island or the small town of Trstenik on the Peljesac Peninsula, for a swim in the afternoon and to spend the night. There will be an optional visit to a local winery.
Day 5: To Korcula
Head to the island Korcula, the birthplace Marco Polo. Take lunch on board in bay near Korcula before mooring in Korcula port. Surrounded by ancient walls and fortified bastions, Korcula's old town is very well preserved with its highly unusual layout and structure dating back to 13th century. Optional sightseeing of Korcula and wine and appetizers tasting at a local winery and you are free to pick from the numerous seafront restaurants for dinner.
Day 6: Korcula to Hvar
Leave early to head towards the Pakleni Islands for lunch and a swim stop followed by optional afternoon sightseeing of Hvar, the longest island in the Adriatic. Hvar has a renaissance cathedral, still with its original tower, as well as the oldest community theatre in Europe, founded in 1612. Hvar offers abundant entertainment, excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that are open long into the night. Overnight in Hvar.
Day 7: Hvar to Split
The next stop is the island of Brač. The most famous (and most photographed) beach in Dalmatia is Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) near Bol – famous for its everchanging shape - a shingle bar that moves according to the wind. Great place for a swim stop. Bol is a typical fishermen’s village that has kept it's atmosphere despite becoming a popular location for tourists. After lunch you'll cruise back to Split for our last night. The approach to the Split Riviera is wonderful and offers the best views from onboard. Upon arrival, join the optional guided tour of Split, a monumental city which together with the famous Roman Diocletian’s Palace is under UNESCO protection. Emperor Diocletian built a vast palace in Split, which was the biggest building in the world at the time, and Central Split is built into the remains of the palace which gives Split a unique feel.
Day 8: Split
Early breakfast and time to say goodbye to the crew and all your new friends.

It was out of this world met some Brilliant people who spoilt Alan for his birthday.
The weather was gorgeous, the scenery was amazing. We have travelled a lot but this is def no 1 on our list. Zoran our leader was an absolute star. One of the nice things is that the walks etc only cost 10 euro so we didn't have loads to pay and our guides were so informative about the islands. Even the drinks on board were reasonabIe. I have sent the details to about 5 of our friends.

Dear Caroline, just writing to say the Croatian cruise aboard “ Admiral” was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t fault it. The boat was immaculate, the crew so helpful and good fun, only 26 guests on board - a mixture of young and old but everyone blended in. Zoran our boat manager was an absolute gem and definitely made the cruise for me. He is so passionate about his country and so knowledgeable. His talks were a delight to listen to. The weather was fantastic the whole week and swimming off the boat was a delight. I could go and on!
